Returns Policy

We offer 14-day refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase or have received an item that does not fit. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all assembly instructions, accessories, and instruction manuals. A proof of purchase must also be provided.

I've changed my mind

Your item(s) needs to be:

  • Unused and with all original components
  • In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
  • In a resaleable condition security seals intact (where applicable)
  • With its proof of purchase
  • With any free items that came with the product
  • Unused condition
  • Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 14 days.
  • If we are collecting your return, your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the item.

To initiate your return, please email us at support@furniturebyjackson.co.uk or use our contact form below and we will issue you a return authorisation number and a return label.

• If you receive a damaged product, we will arrange for the return or provide a replacement product free of charge.

We take great care in ensuring that our products are packaged and shipped securely to minimise the risk of damage during transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, our team will assist you in arranging for a return or replacement, as well as answer any questions you may have about the process.

• Please note that our standard 14-day return policy does not apply to made-to-order products.

Made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, and as such, they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Once an order for a made-to-order product has been confirmed, it takes approximately 72 hours to process the order. After this time, the product is considered a final sale and is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or if the product received is not as described. In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service us to initiate a return or replacement process.

US ORDERS

We do not offer free returns within the US. The buyer is responsible for arranging the return of the product. Please note that we only offer returns for products that arrive damaged. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, if the product does not fit your space (e.g., too wide). However, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.
